PERFORMANCE REVIEW19 October 2026

WEEK OF OCTOBER 12–18, 2026

Steady purchases.
Make the next step count.

Six website purchases from slightly lower ad spend this week.
The next business priority: turning consultations into program sales.

Meta acquisition + Philip’s reported sales. Website purchases are platform events, pending reconciliation to unique paid consults. Program revenue comes from the weekly Slack updates below.

01 / ACQUISITION

A clear view of the weekly flow.

Monday–Sunday · Pacific/Auckland

Website purchases by week

Meta-reported purchase events · seven completed weeks

Latest week: 6

TRAFFIC CONTEXT

Click-through rate held steady.

Outbound CTR and cost per outbound click are standard, not unique, metrics. Frequency eased from 1.47 to 1.45. These signals do not establish creative fatigue.

SALES FOLLOW-THROUGH

Build on the consultations coming in.

Philip reported strong consult inflow on October 15. Samuel’s agreed focus is sales coaching and gradual program-price improvement.

16.1%

Historical reported close rate
35 signups ÷ 218 consults

Philip’s cumulative figures shared October 12, covering September 2025 to then. This is context, not this week’s conversion rate or a target.

02 / CAMPAIGNS

Two campaigns. One acquisition picture.

Both campaigns currently delivering

Campaign performance

October 12–18, 2026

Cost per website purchase is not yet a reconciled consult CPA. Meta purchase value does not establish total program revenue. No client-specific ROAS benchmark is confirmed.

NEW CAMPAIGN

Two purchases, up from one.

Spend moved from NZ$360.55 to NZ$344.95. This week’s cost per website purchase was NZ$172.48.

A small sample. Meta shows a learning-limited ad-set warning while ads continue to receive delivery. It is a delivery status to understand, not a reason by itself to change the campaign.

LEGACY CAMPAIGN

Four purchases and most of the volume.

NZ$609.88 spend generated four website purchases at NZ$152.47 each. Last week: five purchases at NZ$125.92.

Over 30 days, this campaign supplied 11 of the account’s 18 website purchases. Compare the full business return before making keep-or-cut decisions.

03 / SALES & REVENUE

Follow the money beyond the ad click.

Latest two weeks awaiting updates

Philip’s weekly Slack reports sit alongside ad spend for the same calendar dates. New signups and payments from existing clients stay distinct. Missing revenue is shown as missing, never zero.

NZ$1,825

One existing part payment reported by Philip. This is historical, not current-week revenue.

Weekly sales ledger

Amounts are reported in NZD. “No program sales” does not mean zero total revenue: consult income or existing installments may still exist. Payment timing, refunds, total contract value and source attribution have not been reconciled. Slack links require workspace access; this dashboard does not.

Meta purchase value & ROAS Platform reporting only

The latest week’s NZ$402 equals six reported purchase events at NZ$67 each. This does not establish which products or customers they represent. No total-business or campaign-attributed program ROAS is available from these sources. Weekly Slack amounts are not added to Meta purchase values because overlap is unverified.

04 / AD HIGHLIGHTS

The strengthening rewrite carries the volume.

The same verified post runs in both campaigns. Together, its two placements account for all six Meta website purchases this week and 16 of 18 over the last 30 days.

Delivering creative & low-delivery review Current week

DA-PH-004 has no reported spend or impressions in October 12–18, following NZ$18.20 over 30 days. Review eligibility and replacement readiness separately from fatigue. Three older legacy ads show delivery errors and no recent metrics; these are not active winners. Paused historical ads are excluded from this table. No ad or budget changes were made.

05 / NEXT STEPS

Keep the report tied to business progress.

01Sales focus

Improve consult conversion

Use HBM coaching to improve the close rate and review gradual program-price increases, following the October 15 discussion.

02Reporting gap

Complete the latest revenue weeks

Add October 5–11 and October 12–18 signups and receipts when Philip reports them. Keep new sales, installments and refunds separate.

03Measurement

Reconcile purchases to consults

Match Meta purchase events against actual consult orders before labeling the count “paid consults.” Use a verified total return before deciding to scale.

How to read this report Sources, attribution & limits

Reporting dates

Meta account: Spinalbodyflow. Currency: NZD. Timezone: Pacific/Auckland. Week: October 12–18, compared with October 5–11. Thirty days: September 19–October 18. Data pulled October 19, 2026; exact snapshot time is included in the downloadable data. This is a dated report, not a continuously updating feed.

Attribution

Active ad sets specify 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video view. The connector does not expose a last-click/date-of-click override or verify the report’s attribution time basis. Meta figures therefore remain platform reporting, separate from Samuel’s preferred last-click/date-of-click financial analysis.

Revenue and maturity

Program sales and amounts come from Philip’s weekly Slack messages, by the week he reported. They cannot be assigned to an ad click or campaign from these records. His revenue-maturity period and business-specific ROAS benchmark are unconfirmed. No maturity estimate or benchmark from another client has been applied.

Checks and definitions

Account and campaign spend, purchases, purchase value, leads, impressions and outbound clicks reconcile in all three windows. Current and prior daily totals reconcile to account spend and purchase counts. Ad spend reconciles to account spend in current and 30-day windows. Website purchase counts are event counts, not verified unique consult buyers. Unique outbound CTR/CPC are unavailable.
