PERFORMANCE REVIEW2 November 2026

WEEK OF OCTOBER 26–NOVEMBER 1, 2026

Two fresh videos are live.
Revenue update next.

The Legacy refresh is delivering, with the original Strengthening winner retained.
Last completed week: 2 website purchase events and 62 leads on NZ$979.77 spend.

Latest weekly cash ROAS is awaiting Philip’s revenue update. Missing revenue is not zero. Cash ROAS = reported cash collected after Stripe fees ÷ ad spend for the same weeks, across both campaigns.

01 / ACQUISITION

A clear view of the weekly flow.

Monday–Sunday · Pacific/Auckland

Website purchases by week

Meta-reported purchase events · seven completed weeks

Latest week: 2

TRAFFIC CONTEXT

More clicks, fewer leads.

Outbound clicks rose from 439 to 455 and landing-page views from 399 to 428, while reported leads fell from 104 to 62. Spend rose 1.2%; cost per lead rose from NZ$9.31 to NZ$15.80. These aggregate counts warrant watching the next week’s funnel results; they do not identify the cause of the decline.

CREATIVE PROGRESS · CHECKED NOVEMBER 2

The Legacy video refresh is delivering.

AD29 Strengthening and AD30 Stop Stretching are live alongside the original Strengthening winner. The old Stop Stretching and GOAT ads show completed delivery.

The New campaign remains in place, including Trapped, The Chair and its existing image. The newly produced image is held for now. This follows the agreed Legacy-only refresh.

02 / CAMPAIGNS

Two campaigns. One acquisition picture.

Both campaigns currently delivering

Campaign performance

October 26–November 1, 2026

Cash ROAS is reported across both campaigns together. Philip’s collections cannot be split between campaigns from these records. Website purchase events are pending reconciliation to unique paid consults.

NEW CAMPAIGN

Two purchase events, up from one.

NZ$356.55 spend generated two website purchase events at NZ$178.28 each, versus one at NZ$350.88 in the prior week. Leads fell from 44 to 22.

All four ads continue delivering at a NZ$50 daily campaign budget. Meta still shows a learning-limited warning. This is a small conversion sample; the current plan leaves the campaign unchanged.

LEGACY CAMPAIGN

A weaker week before the refresh.

NZ$623.22 spend generated 40 leads and no reported website purchase events, versus 60 leads and two events the week before.

Legacy supplied 11 of 17 purchase events over 30 days. Its two new videos started November 2 in the account’s timezone, outside this completed week. Three videos now deliver against the NZ$88 daily campaign budget.

DELIVERY COST & REPETITION

Higher CPM, little change in frequency.

Account CPM rose 17.3%, from NZ$111.81 to NZ$131.14. Weekly frequency moved from 1.47 to 1.50. New’s CPM rose to NZ$160.25; Legacy’s to NZ$118.80.

The same Strengthening post also became more expensive in both campaigns. Its weekly frequency stayed near 1.29 in Legacy and eased to 1.18 in New. That does not establish audience saturation; auction and placement mix may also contribute. No single cause is verified.

PLACEMENT ALLOCATION

Feeds received 60.7% of spend.

Facebook Feed received NZ$395.17 and Instagram Feed NZ$199.68. Combined Feed share rose from 58.7% to 60.7%; Instagram Feed gained share while Facebook Feed eased.

New has explicit Facebook/Instagram placement and mobile/iOS settings. Legacy has broader effective platforms and mobile/desktop coverage. These configurations differ; results do not justify a placement change from two purchase events.

CPM trend for the established Strengthening post Same creative · four completed weeks · NZD

Comparing the same post reduces creative-mix differences but does not isolate auction competition, seasonality or placement effects.

Placement detail October 26–November 1 · standard outbound metrics

Placement spend totals NZ$979.78, NZ$0.01 above the account total because of rounding. Traffic and event counts reconcile. Account spend is the denominator throughout the report. Unique outbound CTR/CPC are unavailable.

03 / SALES & REVENUE

Cash collected. Ad spend. ROAS.

Latest week awaiting update

The latest revenue review found no October 26–November 1 figures. The last confirmed period remains October 5–25: NZ$17,491 collected after Stripe fees on NZ$2,912.74 ad spend, or NZ$6.00 collected per NZ$1 spent.

Weekly revenue & ROAS

All amounts are NZD. October 5–25 receipts are confirmed cash from new enrollments after Stripe fees, not full payment-plan contract values. Philip’s stated October 19–25 total is used; itemized amounts differ by NZ$1, pending confirmation. View cash-basis clarification ↗ Earlier weeks without confirmed complete cash totals have no cash ROAS. Consult income and unreported existing-client payments are not added. Slack links require workspace access; this dashboard does not.

04 / AD HIGHLIGHTS

The established Strengthening post leads.

The same verified post runs in both campaigns. Together, those ads account for both purchase events this week and 16 of 17 over 30 days. These are Meta events, not deduplicated buyers. The new AD29 and AD30 videos are too recent to assess.

Completed-week ad results October 26–November 1

Seven established ads received spend in the completed week. The New campaign’s existing image received NZ$29.17 with no reported lead or purchase events, versus NZ$32.24 and one lead the prior week. Low spend on the image, Trapped and The Chair is insufficient to call them tested winners or failures.

Current creative delivery Verified November 2 · separate from weekly results

Seven ads are delivering now: three Legacy videos, plus three videos and one existing image in New. Old Legacy Stop Stretching and GOAT retain ACTIVE status flags but their actual delivery status is completed. AD29/AD30 have verified new video creatives. The new image remains held. Other historical formats have not been exhaustively assessed; no additional format test is recommended during this approved refresh. This reporting run made no campaign changes.

05 / NEXT STEPS

Let the refresh build evidence.

01Videos live

Monitor the Legacy refresh

Review AD29 and AD30 as they accumulate delivery alongside the existing Strengthening winner. Keep the New campaign and new-image hold as agreed. Avoid treating the first day as a reliable result.

02Revenue needed

Complete the latest cash week

Add October 26–November 1 new enrollments and actual collections after Stripe fees. Separate existing-client installments and refunds, and confirm the earlier NZ$1 difference.

03Holiday planning

Prepare the November offer

The Slack plan is to use the agreed Pre-Black Friday banner, ideally from Tuesday, November 3, then change to Black Friday wording during the event week. Coordinate the blast sequence wording. Banner or email changes have not been verified by this report.

How to read this report Sources, attribution & limits

Reporting dates and source coverage

Meta account: Spinalbodyflow, 706721097017063. Currency: NZD. Timezone: Pacific/Auckland. Week: October 26–November 1, compared with October 19–25. Thirty days: October 3–November 1. Seven weeks: September 14–November 1. Fresh Meta and Slack collection completed November 2 at 13:03 UTC (8:03 a.m. Eastern). November 2 delivery is checked separately and is not included in completed-week totals. This is a dated report, not a live feed.

The latest 100 channel parent messages and 11 complete relevant threads were reviewed, including rolling-window weekly reports and all known unresolved earlier weeks. No new revenue correction or latest-week update was found. The source log retains per-message links and the stated revenue week.

Attribution and definitions

Active ad sets specify 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video view, optimizing Purchase on the same verified pixel. The connector does not expose a last-click/date-of-click override or verify reporting time basis. Meta figures remain platform reporting, separate from the preferred last-click/date-of-click financial method. Website purchases are event counts, not verified unique paid consults. Reconcile to order-level consult records before changing that label. Null event fields mean none reported in these totals; they do not establish that no business sales occurred.

Cash ROAS calculation

Cash ROAS = Philip’s reported weekly cash collected after Stripe fees ÷ Meta account ad spend for the same calendar weeks. Receipts may come from leads acquired earlier; this is not campaign or last-click attribution. Combined ROAS uses summed cash divided by summed spend. October 5–25 includes six new enrollments and NZ$17,491 in stated totals; itemized amounts sum to NZ$17,492. The NZ$1 difference remains unresolved. Fees are not deducted again. Earlier reports retain their original basis. These are reported new-enrollment collections, not total business receipts or profit. No unverified revenue-maturity period or ROAS benchmark is applied.

Validation and limits

Account, campaign, ad-set and ad spend, purchase events, leads, impressions and outbound clicks reconcile in all three reporting windows. Forty-nine daily rows reconcile to the weekly and 30-day totals. Placement traffic and events reconcile; placement spend has a one-cent rounding difference. All report pages were fetched. Unique outbound CTR/CPC are unavailable, so standard outbound measures are shown. Reach and frequency are not summed across campaigns or days. Budgets and actual delivery were checked separately from status flags. Both ad sets retain a UK country inclusion. No targeting, budget, billing or funnel changes were made by this refresh.
