WEEK OF OCTOBER 19–25, 2026

Two new enrollments.
Fresh creative prepared.

Philip reports two new program enrollments for October 19–25.
104 leads this week, up from 95; Meta website purchase events moved from six to three.

Meta acquisition + Philip’s reported sales. Website purchases are platform events, pending reconciliation to unique paid consults. Program revenue comes from the weekly Slack updates below.

TRAFFIC CONTEXT

Lead volume grew as clicks eased.

Outbound CTR and cost per outbound click are standard, not unique, metrics. Frequency moved from 1.45 to 1.47; CPM fell from NZ$115.14 to NZ$111.81. These mixed signals do not establish creative fatigue.

CREATIVE PROGRESS

The New-campaign refresh is prepared.

Two fresh video scripts and a new image build on the confirmed winning creative. Philip received the package and plans to review it.

02 / CAMPAIGNS

Two campaigns. One acquisition picture.

Campaign performance

October 19–25, 2026

Cost per website purchase is not yet a reconciled consult CPA. Meta purchase value does not establish total program revenue. No client-specific ROAS benchmark is confirmed.

NEW CAMPAIGN

44 leads; creative review is next.

NZ$350.88 spend generated one website purchase event and 44 leads. Cost per purchase was NZ$350.88, versus two events at NZ$172.48 each in the prior week.

A small sample. Meta shows a learning-limited ad-set warning while ads continue to receive delivery. It is a delivery status to understand, not a reason by itself to change the campaign.

LEGACY CAMPAIGN

Two purchases and most of the volume.

NZ$616.86 spend generated two website purchase events at NZ$308.43 each. Prior week: four events at NZ$152.47. The campaign also generated 60 leads.

Over 30 days, Legacy supplied 11 of the account’s 17 website purchase events. Preserve Legacy while the New-campaign refresh is reviewed; total business return remains unverified.

03 / SALES & REVENUE

Follow the money beyond the ad click.

Latest three weeks reported

Philip supplied all three October 5–25 updates on October 26 and identified every listed entry as a new enrollment. These reported amounts sit alongside ad spend for the same calendar dates; they are not attributed to those weeks’ ad clicks.

OCTOBER 19–25 · 2 NEW ENROLLMENTS

Reported program amount

NZ$7,346

One paid-in-full and one payment-plan enrollment. Philip’s stated total is shown; the listed amounts add to NZ$7,347, leaving NZ$1 to confirm.

OCTOBER 5–25 · 6 NEW ENROLLMENTS

Three-week reported amount

NZ$17,491

Sum of Philip’s three stated weekly totals: two paid-in-full and four payment-plan enrollments. The itemized amounts total NZ$17,492; the same NZ$1 difference remains open.

Weekly sales ledger

Amounts are reported in NZD. PIF means paid in full; payment-plan entries relate to new enrollments, not existing-client installments. Whether each amount represents cash received or total contract value is not explicit. Consult income, other installments and refunds are not established by this update. Earlier missing amounts remain unknown. Slack links require workspace access; this dashboard does not.

Meta purchase value & ROAS Platform reporting only

The latest week’s NZ$201 equals three reported purchase events at NZ$67 each. This does not establish which products or customers they represent. No total-business or campaign-attributed program ROAS is available from these sources. Weekly Slack amounts are not added to Meta purchase values because overlap is unverified.

04 / AD HIGHLIGHTS

The strengthening rewrite carries the volume.

The same verified post runs in both campaigns. Together, its two placements account for all three Meta website purchase events this week and 16 of 17 over the last 30 days. These are platform events, not deduplicated buyers.

Delivering creative & low-delivery review Current week

All seven currently active ads received spend this week. DA-PH-004 received NZ$32.24 after no delivery in the prior week. This is a delivery change, not proof of a new winning creative. The agreed refresh concerns the New campaign; Legacy stays unchanged. No ad or budget changes were made.

05 / NEXT STEPS

Keep the report tied to business progress.

01Creative prepared

Review, then record

Collect Philip’s feedback on the two scripts and image. Make agreed changes, record the videos and confirm the New-campaign refresh date. Preserve Legacy.

02Revenue updated

Confirm the payment basis

October 5–25 now has six reported new enrollments. Confirm whether payment-plan amounts are receipts or full contract values, and resolve the NZ$1 difference in October 19–25.

03Measurement

Reconcile purchases to consults

Match Meta purchase events against actual consult orders before labeling the count “paid consults.” Use a verified total return before deciding to scale.

How to read this report Sources, attribution & limits

Reporting dates

Meta account: Spinalbodyflow. Currency: NZD. Timezone: Pacific/Auckland. Week: October 19–25, compared with October 12–18. Thirty days: September 26–October 25. Meta data remains the October 26 morning snapshot. Philip’s revenue was added after his October 26 reply; retrieved October 26 at 8:22 p.m. America/New_York (October 27 UTC). Exact source times are included in the downloadable data. This is a dated report, not a continuously updating feed.

Attribution

Active ad sets specify 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video view. The connector does not expose a last-click/date-of-click override or verify the report’s attribution time basis. Meta figures therefore remain platform reporting, separate from Samuel’s preferred last-click/date-of-click financial analysis.

Revenue and maturity

Program sales and amounts come from Philip’s weekly Slack messages, by the week he reported. October 5–25 now includes six new enrollments and NZ$17,491 in stated weekly totals; line items sum to NZ$17,492. The NZ$1 difference and cash-versus-contract basis remain unresolved. These amounts cannot be assigned to an ad click or campaign from these records. His revenue-maturity period and business-specific ROAS benchmark are unconfirmed. No maturity estimate or benchmark from another client has been applied.

Checks and definitions

Account and campaign spend, purchases, purchase value, leads, impressions and outbound clicks reconcile in all three windows. Ad-set totals reconcile with campaigns and account in all three windows. Daily totals reconcile across all three windows. Ad spend, purchases, value, leads, impressions and outbound clicks reconcile in current and 30-day windows. Website purchase counts are event counts, not verified unique consult buyers. Unique outbound CTR/CPC are unavailable. Weekly Slack threads were revisited in the morning, including unresolved earlier reports. A later check of both October 26 update threads filled October 5–25 new-enrollment figures, with the NZ$1 arithmetic discrepancy retained for confirmation. Both current ad sets target the UK.
